Bio-Connect Diagnostics bv (formerly known as Nuclilab), established in Huissen, is now ISO 9001:2008 (TÜV Netherlands) certified!! All her clients determine the quality and the company strives to meet the quality requirements. Continuous improvement from its customer-oriented approach has been the main foundation in achieving all quality objectives.
What does this mean for you?
Working with our quality system is not our goal but a tool. Assurance of all our processes like how to order, how to send, order status, assure the product quality, answering technical questions, to inform customers, etc. are imbedded to meet the expectations of our customers and preferably to exceed these expectations. According to us the only way to stay successful in our field.
