LymphoTrack® Assays

Invivoscribe’s LymphoTrack Assays are used to identify and track clonal lymphocyte populations. These RUO assays, developed for use with the leading Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) platforms, include optimized multiplex PCR master mixes with primers incorporating both platform specific adapters, and specimen tracking Seq ID tags for single step workflow. They also include a comprehensive bioinformatics package, enabling you to identify the DNA sequence, clonal prevalence, and V-J family identity for each gene rearrangement.

Workflow: A single-step PCR library preparation is followed by standard MiSeq or PGM sequencing. The proprietary LymphoTrack Bioinformatics Software (included in the assay kit) directly converts NGS data output to a format that allows you to visualize and analyze the prevalence or frequency distribution of the gene rearrangements and to identify specific DNA sequences. The software facilitates interpretation and subsequent tracking of clonal populations. With this state-of-the-art assay, the gene rearrangement status of each of the several million lymphocytes in blood or tissue samples can be identified and characterized.
