Rabbit Angiopoietin 2 (Ang2), also known as ANGPT2, GenBank Accession No. XM_002720896.2, a.a. 19-496 with C-terminal His tag, MW=57.7 kDa, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. Note: this protein is expressed with a signal sequence (a.a. 1-18) that is removed after the protein is secreted. This protein runs at an apparent higher MW on SDS PAGE due to glycosylation.
