Sizes of the individual standards are: 50, 60, 90, 100, 120, 150, 160, 180, 190, 200, 220, 240, 260, 280, 290, 300, 320, 340, 360, 380 and 400 basepairs. For use with the fluorescent detection assay kits. Invivoscribe recommends using 10 µl of this mixture for each µl of sample tested on an ABI 3100.
