Human T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT), also known as V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing protein 9, VSIG9, V-set and transmembrane domain-containing protein 3, and VSTM3, GenBank Accession No. NM_173799, a.a. 22-141 fused to Fc region of human IgG, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 39.7 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
