VIM-2-IN-1 (compound 1dj) is a beta-lactamase inhibitor with antibacterial activities. VIM-2-IN-1 has moderate IC50 values of 23 microM, 48 microM and 231 microM for Verona integron-encoded metallo-beta-lactamase (VIM-2), German imipenemase-1 (GIM-1) and New Delhi metallo-beta-lactamase (NDM-1), respectively.
